The site is informational

apex-pay.co describes the payment-ready products Apex Pay builds. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver anything. Content may change, move, or be removed at any time without notice.

Illustrations on this site — including sample reconciliation figures — are illustrations. They describe how the products work, not any particular merchant's numbers.

Not banking, legal, or financial advice

Nothing on this site is banking, legal, or financial advice. Apex Pay is not a bank, is not a money transmitter, and is not an acquirer. We build products on hosted flows operated by certified payment providers.

Payment acceptance, settlement, payout timing, fees, and the handling of funds are provided and governed by those providers under their own agreements with the merchant. Those agreements — not this website — govern payment services. For decisions about your own money or obligations, talk to your own advisers.

Engagements happen in writing

Work with Apex Pay is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties, which names every party involved and what each is responsible for. Emailing us, reading this site, or receiving a scope document does not by itself create an engagement.

Using the site

Do the ordinary things; do not do the following:

• probe, disrupt, or test the security of the site or its hosting;
• scrape or republish the site's content as your own;
• misrepresent an affiliation with Apex Pay or the Apex group;
• use the site to transmit anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Apex Intelligence AI Inc and its companies. You may view and share links to the site; you may not reuse its content commercially without written permission.

No warranties; limits on liability

To the same extent, Apex Pay and Apex Intelligence AI Inc are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

SMS messaging terms

Apex Pay operates SMS notification programs that send operational messages — such as payment and settlement alerts, account notices, and system status updates — to merchants, business owners, and staff who have opted in to receive them.

Consent. You receive messages only if you have opted in, verbally or in writing, to receive operational notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@apex-pay.co.

How we handle phone numbers and opt-in data is described in our privacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes about the site belong to the courts located there.

Changes and contact

Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date at the top; continued use of the site after a change means acceptance. Questions go to support@apex-pay.co.
