Privacy
Privacy policy.
This page covers one thing: the apex-pay.co website. What it collects, what we do with it, and where payment data actually lives.

Scope
This policy applies to apex-pay.co — the website you are reading. It does not cover the payment products we build for merchants, the payment providers those products run on, or the other Apex group sites (apex-intelligence.co, apex-intel.co, digi-mkt.co), each of which carries its own policy.
If you become a client, the engagement agreement and the applicable provider agreements govern how data is handled in the work itself. Where they differ from this page, they control.
What this site collects
Very little, because the site asks for very little. There is no form to fill in.
Payment data
This website takes no payments and holds no payment data.
When Apex Pay builds a payment product for a merchant, payment card data is collected and processed by certified payment providers on their infrastructure — not by this website, and not by Apex Pay's servers. We design the product around the provider's hosted flow; card data enters that flow directly and stays there.
Merchant onboarding data — business details, ownership information, banking details supplied for payouts — is collected and handled under the applicable provider agreements, on the provider's systems.
Never email card numbers or full bank account details to us. We will never ask for them that way; anything of that kind goes through a provider's secure intake.
How we use what we collect
Email is used to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. Logs are used to keep the site secure and available. That is the list.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. Writing to us does not put you on a mailing list.
Sharing
Correspondence may be shared within the Apex group — Apex Intelligence AI Inc and its companies — when needed to answer you properly. The services that host this site and our email process data on our behalf under their own obligations. Beyond that, we disclose information only where the law requires it.
SMS and text messaging
Apex Pay sends SMS text messages as part of its services — operational notifications such as payment and settlement alerts, account notices, and system status updates — to merchants, business owners, and staff who have opted in to receive them. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected directly by us, from people who have agreed to receive messages. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages themselves.
Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP you receive one final confirmation message and nothing further. Full program details are in our SMS messaging terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship and ordinary record-keeping require. If you want something you sent us corrected or deleted, email support@apex-pay.co and we will act on it unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Changes and contact
Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new date at the top. Questions go to support@apex-pay.co.
